We take the obligations set out in these Terms seriously on our side as well as yours.

Data Storage Practices

Your account data is stored on encrypted servers. We keep only the information needed to operate your account, process UPI or Paytm transactions, and meet our record-keeping obligations under applicable law. No data is sold to third parties.

Cookie Usage

We use session and preference cookies to keep your login active and remember your display settings. You can adjust cookie preferences through your browser at any time; some features may not function if essential cookies are disabled.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts. We recommend enabling it immediately after registration. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic lock and an alert to your registered mobile number or email address.

Record Retention

We retain transaction records — including PhonePe or Paytm deposit receipts and withdrawal confirmations — for a minimum period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a correction to your account details or a full export of data we hold about you by contacting our support team in writing. We action verified correction requests within ten business days.

These Terms apply to every person who opens an account with us and uses our platform where local law permits. They cover all activity from registration through to account closure, including every deposit and withdrawal made through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe.

We may update the Terms when required, but we will always notify you through your registered email or mobile number before a material change takes effect. You have the right to close your account if you do not agree with any revised clause.

Access to our platform depends entirely on the laws in your location. If we detect that your region restricts such activity, your account may be suspended. Funds held at the time of suspension are returned through the same payment channel used for deposit.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by applicable Indian law and our internal compliance obligations. Once the retention period expires, data is securely and permanently deleted from our systems.

Submit a written request via our Help Centre or support email with your account details and the specific change you require. We verify your identity first, then process the request and confirm completion within ten business days.

Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method — UPI, Paytm, Google Pay or PhonePe — used for your deposit. Verification of your account identity is required before any first withdrawal is authorised, as set out in the Terms.

Start by logging a complaint through our Help Centre portal with all relevant transaction references. If unresolved after initial review, the matter moves to our compliance team, who issue a binding written decision within fifteen business days.
